MiiTOMO- Have You Preregistered?

Those of you who haven’t heard the exciting news, we’ll fill you in now. Nintendo is releasing their first ever smart device app called MiiTOMO, MiiTOMO is a free-to-start social experience that uses Nintendo Mii characters and lets you start conversations with your friends in a whole new way.

Preregistration is now open with the app launch in March

To preregister for MiiTOMO, all you’ll need to do is create a new Nintendo account- this enables you to receive My Nintendo Platinum Points, these points can be used in the MiiTOMO app.

It’s quite an exciting time with Nintendo trying their hands at smart device apps- more apps are set to come!

Create a Mii character to act your as social go-between

Customise facial features, eyes, hair, as well as voice and personality

You can also use the camera of your smartphone or tablet to snap a photo that will be translated into Mii form

You can simply import your Mii from the Wii U or Nintendo 3DS systems using a QR Code

Add friends in person, or through your existing Facebook or Twitter accounts

MiiTOMO creates conversations and turns discussions into a form of play by prompting users to answer all kinds of questions

Miifoto- lets you put Mii characters in fun poses and use cool stamps, or combine your Mii image with photos you have taken.

Share your Miifoto creations to your other social media accounts
